Tracy Berg and John Gibbons Wedding

(It's about time!)

at Boerner Botannical Gardens


This is where we will try to provide details for our wedding.

The ceremony, bar, dinner, bar, dancing, bar will all be at the Boerner Botanical Gardens in Hales Corners, WI.

5:00 Wedding Ceremony in the Fragrance Garden.
6:00 Cocktail Hour by Bittercube.
7:00 Dinner by Bartolottas.
8:30 Dessert Station from Le Rêve.
8:45 Dancing
10:00 Cheese Station.
12:00 Venue closes.

The actual building is deep within a Milwaukee County Park so you will need to wind your way into the park to get there.





There is tons of parking, and I have heard that there are shuttles available to the park from the hotels (more later). I have also been told that people can leave their cars in the parking lot overnight if needed, and will not be ticketed or anything like that.

Hotel Information

We have a block of rooms at
Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel
375 S Moorland Rd. Brookfield, WI.
262-364-1100

They have rooms blocked off for us on 9/24 and 9/25 at $89/night in case you want to reserve a room for one or both nights. Ask for the Berg/Gibbons block. They are holding the block until 9/11, so please make sure to make your reservations before then. I am also working on arranging a shuttle to be available for guests to be moved to and from the wedding location and the hotel, but I don't have all of that information yet.
